We are really pleased to announce a new series of live, online workshops through the month of January. There will be four of them in all, every Thursday from 3:00 to 4:30pm Eastern Time, and you are free to cherry pick the one (or ones!) that appeal to you, or to register for the series at a discount.

So what is the series about? Called "The Body's Way", each workshop in this series provides a clear context of understanding, ample opportunity for Q&A, and practices that help you drop out of your head to experience the rich wisdom and subtle guidance of your body as a whole. As we've said before, "If only you knew what your body knows!" Here is what the series looks like:
 
January 9: Grounded Clarity
We are trained to find clarity by out-thinking our circumstances. But true clarity is found through the holistic awareness of our bodies, which process over a billion times more information than we can be consciously aware of. Our bodies also provide our only access to the state of being grounded. This workshop will help you experience how your body's awareness can open you to a state of grounded clarity. It will be facilitated by Philip Shepherd.
 
January 16: Breath
How does it feel to soften out of the agendas of ‘doing’ and come fully to rest in ‘being’? It begins with the breath. Because we are fluid beings (humans are actually over 65% water), each breath can travel through your body like a wave. When the whole body is available to each breath wave, every breath illuminates your being and helps you come to rest in it. This workshop will be facilitated by Allyson Woodrooffe.
 
January 23: Purpose
Our lives are infused with meaning when we feel, and feel carried by, our personal sense of purpose. But your purpose is an inner compass needle that is felt through the stillness of your being – it is not something that the intelligence of the head can devise. This workshop helps you connect with your purpose and feel your life newly oriented by it. It is facilitated by Philip Shepherd.
 
January 30: Presence
When you're not present, you're likely to feel that life is passing you by. But presence is first and foremost about being at rest in the body and on the earth – and our culture trains us to live in our heads. We lack the road map to presence, and commonly struggle to strategize our way there. This workshop provides a new understanding of presence, and practical ways of dropping into it. It is run by Philip Shepherd.
 
All four workshops will be recorded, and the recordings will be available for a full month following the live event.

The Body's Way: Grounded Clarity

It is possible to live in unsettling times without being unsettled. But as long as we remain disembodied – living in our heads, trying to outthink our circumstances – we will tend to be reactive.

In this 90-minute live, online workshop, Philip Shepherd will share practices and perspectives that help us forge a different relationship with the present: one that invites you into wholeness and the grounded clarity it offers. 

Along the way, the workshop will provide ample opportunities for Q&A.

The Body’s Way: Purpose

We live in a world that teems with
distractions and interruptions, and as we are pulled this way and that it’s easy to lose touch with our deeper purpose – the inner compass needle that steers our lives into their deepest fulfillment. We are caught in a bit of a vicious cycle: the more distracted you are, the more disembodied you become;
the more disembodied you become, the less grounded you are in your purpose; the less grounded in purpose you are, the more easily you are distracted, etc. To
come back to the body is to once again open to the possibility of your entire being coming into alignment around what matters most deeply in your life. That is what this live, 90-minute online workshop is about: opening to your body through original practices and new perspectives so that you might once again be guided by your inner compass.

The Body’s Way: Presence

Being present to your relationships, being present to the world around you, being present to your deepest desires – it’s in the quality of presence that the richness and nourishment of your life is experienced. But finding presence can feel elusive. You cannot reason your way into it, or strategize a path to it, or think your way there. Presence is something that is experienced through the body. Our difficulty with being present, then, is created by our difficulty with dropping out of the head and coming to rest in the body. This workshop addresses that difficulty directly – offering new perspectives and a series of exercises to help you open to the present in your own way.
