This set of eight practices and accompanying video mini-lectures are designed for anyone wanting to establish a solid ability to live from their body’s deeper intelligence. The first five practices move through what we call the five qualities of being. These help you recognize and recover your body’s true nature. That is, its natural fluidity, groundedness, spaciousness, centeredness and attunement. The final three practices help you deepen your ability to be at rest in the body, and so too in the present.
