Your Free Practice

Thanks for signing up to receive this free Embodied Present Meditation. led by TEPP™ co-director, Philip Shepherd. The practice is simplicity itself, and yet has a deeply transformative potential. And the best part is, once you feel how it unfolds within you, you can invite your body to let it happen anywhere, anytime, conveying you into a more grounded, spacious experience of the present. Enjoy!

It's only five minutes long, so find a quiet moment, and just follow the cues. The exercise is unusual in that it doesn't take you to a place of imagination (i.e. "imagine you're lying on a beach on a warm spring day ...") but brings you back to the body's sensations in a way that allows you to bring its energy to a place of grounded peace. Not only that, but once you get the knack of it, it's something you can return to anywhere, anytime, on your own.

You can listen below.

Embodied Present · Trickle-Down Effect by Philip Shepherd

In a couple of days we'll follow up to see how you're doing with it. Remember, the more often you're able to experience the exercise, the more easily you'll be able to enjoy its effects anytime, anywhere.

"I love these small vignettes into the pelvic bowl and body! My favourite is the trickle down, because it gets me standing and into my legs. That stability and awareness is so vitally grounding!" – Sheila
