I had such a lively, enjoyable, probing conversation with Sera Sheppard and Keiko Finnegan on their Vitalist podcast that I’m sure the joy of it will be infectious. They are both doctors who are deeply invested in embodiment, and are also very familiar with the work of TEPP – so there was a sort of pinpoint accuracy to their questions that opened the exploration to territory I don't often have an opportunity to touch on. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
