Ali Mezey, a dear friend and embodiment specialist, approached Allyson and me to join her in a discussion of our relationship on her podcast, The Brilliant Body. As you might imagine, this gave us pause. We’d never been interviewed together (a real oversight!), nor had we ever had anyone ask us about, well, us. But Ali knew we’d been together for 37 years and thought it would be an apt offering on Valentine’s Day – and for our part, we love and deeply trust her. So we said yes. The episode is called The Embodied Marriage, and you can watch it here, or on Ali's Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@TheBrilliantBodyPodcast
