The Goldfish Bowl
It’s one thing to realize that every cell in your body participates in your thinking, and it’s another thing to feel your thinking suffusing the whole your being. We have been relentlessly conditioned to believe that thinking only happens in the head. This practice offers an antidote to that belief, carrying you into an experience in which you feel your thoughts swimming through the whole of your body, finding their way into a deep unity.

8 Essential Embodiment Practices
This set of eight practices and accompanying video mini-lectures are designed for anyone wanting to establish a solid ability to live from their body’s deeper intelligence. The first five practices move through what we call the five qualities of being. These help you recognize and recover your body’s true nature. That is, its natural fluidity, groundedness, spaciousness, centeredness and attunement. The final three practices help you deepen your ability to be at rest in the body, and so too in the present.
