Refund policy

Radical Wholeness Workshops

Most of our in-person events require that we sign a contract with a venue, book airline flights, and arrange accommodation. That constitutes a significant financial commitment on our part. We understand that despite a registrant’s best intentions they may find themselves unable to attend a workshop. If that happens, they are welcome to find another participant to attend in their place. If they are unable to find a substitute, we will accept cancellations and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • If we cancel a workshop for any reason, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
  • If a registrant withdraws from a workshop with more than 14 days’ notice, a refund will be issued minus a $50 USD admin fee (which can be applied as a credit towards any two-day workshop within the next 12 months.)
  • If a registrant withdraws with less than 14 days’ notice or does not show up at the workshop, no refund will be issued, unless we can fill the space. In that case, we are happy to issue a refund minus the admin fee mentioned above.

    Please note: if you are traveling for a workshop, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Apart from Covid, we have only ever cancelled one workshop in the past decade. However, we cannot be held liable for travel costs should circumstances require us to do so again.

    TEPP Facilitator Trainings

    It is understood that by signing up for the training you are expressing a commitment to complete the full year. It is also understood that the training will be paid for in full prior to the commencement of the second session. No refunds will be issued once the second session begins.

    However:

    • If we cancel a facilitator training session for any reason, fees for that session will be fully refunded.
    • If a registrant withdraws from a facilitator training more than 4 weeks before it has begun, a full refund will be issued minus $250 (which can be applied as a credit towards any future facilitator training within the next 2 years.)
    • If a registrant withdraws with less than 4 weeks' notice prior to the commencement of the training, no refund will be issued.

    Please note: if you are traveling for a training, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Apart from Covid, we have never cancelled a facilitator training. However, we cannot be held liable for travel costs should circumstances require us to do so.

    Online Workshops

    We understand that despite a registrant’s best intentions they may find themselves unable to attend an online workshop. Most of our online workshops are recorded, and if a registrant cannot attend live we will make a recording available for a month afterwards. If a workshop is not recorded, they are welcome to find another participant to attend in their place. If they are unable to find a substitute, we will accept cancellations and issue refunds under the following conditions:

    • If we cancel a workshop for any reason, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
    • If a registrant withdraws from a workshop that is not recorded with more than four days’ (96 hours) notice, a refund will be issued minus $25 USD (which can be applied as a credit towards any online workshop within the next 12 months.) 
    • If a registrant withdraws with less than four days’ (96 hours) notice or does not show up at the online workshop, no refund will be issued.

    Online Membership

    Test-drive the membership at no cost for 14 days — if for any reason you're not happy with the course, you can simply cancel. After 14 days, you'll pay only $30 USD/month, or save by signing up for 6 or 12 months. As with a gym membership, once a membership is cancelled, access to the content is removed.
