Led by TEPP Facilitator Sarah Stewart-Brown, this weekend workshop is for those who live in their heads and long for something more in their lives. More than listening to the body, it presents another way of paying attention, another way of thinking and being. It offers a different way of looking at the world and introduces a series of simple, gentle, unique practices that will help you encounter the unconscious habits of disembodiment. The idea of body wisdom is familiar to massage therapists, but finding your way back home to this inclusive, subtle, grounded, vast, deep wisdom is more than a little challenging, because our neurology has been shaped by the disembodied culture we live in. By bringing limiting patterns into awareness and enabling them to soften and change, these ideas and practices have transformed lives and developed skills that last a lifetime. The workshop is experiential teaching skills that will strengthen practice even for those who already know how to drop out of their heads into their bodies, and offer a new framework for helping clients help themselves.
This workshop was developed by Philip Shepherd author of Radical Wholeness and New Self New World whose year-long facilitator training Sarah has just completed.
