About the facilitators
Sharon Graham, Director of Play, SoulaceB
Well past menopause and mother of four grown children, Sharon brings her lived experience, inquisitive nature and background in Holotropic Breathwork facilitation to an ongoing exploration of what it means to inhabit our bodies.
She is intrigued by how expanded states of consciousness, together with embodiment practices, can support a richer relationship with ourselves in every day life.
Through SoulaceB, she invites a more open, inclusive dialogue around health, wellness, and beauty, with room to question expectations and discover what feels meaningful for each of us.
Sharon is currently putting the finishing touches to “How Many Bras Do I need to Fit Into?! Lift, Separate, Become” - a memoir exploring a woman’s journey to feeling fully at home within herself.
