The International Alexander Congress takes place once every three years, and this August it was in Dublin. I attended it as a keynote speaker, and it was my first time at the Congress. It was a truly wonderful experience – warm, full of good humour, and with lots of inspiring presenters. All in all, it was an awesome event!
